Clear Answers to Your Business Questions

Transparent information about our process, pricing, and approach. We believe in complete clarity before you make any commitment.

Whether you're evaluating us against other studios or understanding our unique positioning, here are the answers to the questions we're asked most often by potential clients.

Business & Process Questions

What's your typical project timeline and process?

Most websites take 4-8 weeks from contract to launch. Our process:

  • Week 1-2: Discovery, design concepts, and content strategy.
  • Week 3-4: Development and initial review.
  • Week 5-6: Refinements and content integration.
  • Week 7-8: Testing, launch preparation, and go-live.

We provide weekly progress updates and maintain clear communication throughout.

How do your rates compare to other studios?

Our rates reflect senior-level expertise at competitive prices. Unlike studios that assign junior developers to your project, you work directly with experienced professionals who've built systems for millions of users. We typically range 20-30% below London studios while delivering equivalent quality. All pricing is transparent with no hidden costs.

What makes you different from other digital studios?

Three key differences:

  1. 1 Team experience — our founders bring 8+ years from major studios, not fresh graduates learning on your project.
  2. 2 Specialized focus — we understand Muslim business culture and needs deeply.
  3. 3 Complete service — from strategy to execution, you're not juggling multiple vendors or wondering if pieces will work together.

What is your policy on contracts and payments?

Clarity and fairness are the foundation of our dealings. We offer flexible and completely transparent payment plans, free from any interest-based conditions or hidden fees. Our contracts are built on (Amanah) trust and clearly protecting the rights of both parties.

Technical & Hosting Questions

Is hosting included in your pricing?

Hosting is NOT included in our project pricing to keep things transparent. You'll need hosting (estimated £10-50/month), which you pay directly to the hosting provider - no markup from us. We have two options:

  • (1) We set it up for you and show you how to manage it.
  • (2) You bring your own hosting and we'll configure everything.

We'll recommend the right hosting tier for your traffic and platform. You own your hosting account completely.

What about domain registration?

Domain registration is separate from our services. If you don't have a domain yet, we'll guide you through purchasing one (typically £10-15/year). If you already own your domain, we'll help you connect it to your new website. Like hosting, you pay the registrar directly - we don't mark up these costs.

Do you provide ongoing website maintenance?

Yes, we offer optional Maintenance Retainers (£200-400/month) that include security patches, content updates, performance monitoring, and priority technical support. Alternatively, you can manage your own site using our training, or hire us on an as-needed basis. There's no forced maintenance contract - you choose what works for your business.

What is a 'Shariah Site Audit'?

It is a specialized service where we review your current website to ensure:

  • ✓ Freedom from Shariah violations
  • ✓ Content integrity
  • ✓ Technical performance improvement
  • ✓ SEO strategies alignment with ethics
  • ✓ Providing practical recommendations for improvement

Our Islamic Approach & Values

What makes your services 'halal' compared to other studios?

Our halal approach means:

  • ✓ No interest-based payment structures
  • ✓ Complete avoidance of haram content or imagery
  • ✓ Transparent, honest marketing practices
  • ✓ Shariah-compliant business operations
  • ✓ Content that upholds Islamic values
  • ✓ Ethical SEO and marketing techniques only

Why do you focus primarily on Muslim businesses and Islamic organizations?

We believe in the principle of helping our brothers and sisters in faith succeed. Working within the Ummah allows us to understand your values deeply, avoid cultural misunderstandings, and create solutions that truly resonate with your audience. As the Quran says: 'And help one another in righteousness and piety, but do not help one another in sin and transgression.' (5:2)

Do you work with non-Muslim businesses?

While our primary focus is serving the Muslim community, we do work with non-Muslim businesses that operate ethically and whose services don't conflict with Islamic values. We evaluate each potential partnership to ensure alignment with our principles while maintaining our commitment to professional excellence for all clients.

Does adherence to values affect work quality?

On the contrary, adherence to the principle of (Ihsan) drives us to provide the highest levels of quality. We view our work as a trust (Amanah), which motivates us to scrutinize details and search for the best technical and creative solutions that please Allah first and then achieve your goals.
