This informed the creation of a unique visual identity, including a custom logo and a professional colour palette. We worked iteratively with the client, refining the design based on their feedback to ensure it was a perfect reflection of their style.

With the design direction set, we developed a feature-rich website focused on showcasing results and streamlining operations:

• Visual Storytelling: To powerfully demonstrate the quality of the dentist's work, we implemented a custom "Before and After" image slider. This interactive feature allows potential patients to see the transformative impact of treatments like dentures, building immediate confidence and credibility.
• Automated Booking & Payments: We integrated a robust booking system using Calendly, allowing visitors to view availability and schedule consultations directly on the site. To complete the automated workflow, we connected it to Stripe for secure online payment processing.
• Modern, Secure Infrastructure: The website is hosted on Cloudflare, guaranteeing exceptional speed, reliability, and security. For patient inquiries, we built a contact form protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. a modern, user-friendly alternative to frustrating CAPTCHAs.
• Seamless Communication: To provide a professional point of contact without the overhead of managing a separate inbox, we implemented an elegant solution using Resend. All form submissions are securely forwarded to the dentist's personal email, simplifying their workflow.
• Connecting with Patients: To help patients easily locate the dentist, we embedded interactive Google Maps pinpointing the various practices where they work across Birmingham.
